Shipping policy

I aim to ship your order within 2-4 working days. If you need an item sooner please get in touch as I may be able to accommodate! 

 

• If you have purchased a piece made to order, please refer to the estimated processing time on each listing. 

• I only offer shipping to England, Scotland & Wales.

 

• All orders are sent out using Royal Mail 48 hours tracked at £3.99 

please allow approximately 2-4 working days from the dispatch date to receive your order. Delivery times may vary. 

If you haven't received your order within 15 days please get in touch so we can look into it. 

 

• Refunds on items not received will be processed after 30 days of no delivery.

 

• It's the buyers responsibility to check the delivery address details are correct during checkout. If you think you may have made a mistake, please message me as soon as possible. If I haven't already shipped your order I may be able to make ammendments to the address.
