Refund policy
• Please note, unless faulty the following items are non-refundable:
- Items that are personalised or made to order with your specific requirements.
- earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- discounted or sale items.
- tarnished items (This is a natural process, please see my jewellery care page to resolve this issue!)
• If you wish to cancel or return an item you have 14 days, from the date of purchase, to notify me. Once we receive the item safely, you will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to process.
• Please note that I don't accept exchanges.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective please get in contact with me within 48 hours of receiving the item. I am unable to process any refunds after that period for damaged items.
• refunds include the cost of the item only. They do not include original postal charges.
• if youd like to return an item, a full refund will be sent as soon as ive safely received the item.
• If you are returning an item, please make sure it's well packaged, preferably in the same packaging it arrived in. I can't issue a refund if the items are returned damaged.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended to used a tracked Royal Mail service. I can't be responsible for anything that is lost or damaged in the mail.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
